In Russia, the reception of applications for the payment of benefits for pregnant women, which are in a difficult material situation, and single parents, reports TASS.
The amount of payments on average in Russia will be 6,350 rubles for pregnant women and 5650 rubles – for incomplete families with low incomes and children aged from eight to 17 years.
The president Vladimir Putin announced the new measures of support for incomplete families and pregnant women in May. The government allocated 46.6 billion rubles for these purposes from its reserve fund.
