Director General of the Roskosmos State Corporation Dmitry Rogozin, within the framework of the working visit, was controlled by the construction of the facilities of the Eastern Cosmodity.
Roscosmos State Corporation and heads of enterprises of the Rocket and Space Industry of the Russian Federation examined the construction of a residential foundation, the future airport complex, as well as the construction site of the starting complex for the Angara rocket.
As part of the preparation for the upcoming launch of the “Soyuz-2.1b” launch vehicle with an overclocking unit “Frigate” and ONEWEB spacecraft Dmitry Rogozin also visited the “Union” starter, where the report on the readiness of the complex systems was made.
Following the results of visiting the objects of the cosmodrome, Dmitry Rogozin held a workshop on the construction of the Eastern cosmodrome.
