The number of identified cases of coronavirus in the UK has updated the record since the end of January, amounting to the day 26,068. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the data of the Ministry of Health of the United Kingdom.
At the same time, the number of previously identified cases of contamination of coronavirus was 20,479, 23 people died. In total, from the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic in the country, there were 4.7 million cases of infection, more than 128 thousand people died.
In the UK, 84.9 percent of the adult population received the first dose of vaccinations from Coronavirus, both doses received more than half of the adult population – 62.4 percent.

However, in Western countries who won COVID-19, the threat of the spread of the Indian strain remains. WHO was warned that the “Delta” strain considers more aggressive.
