The diplomat stressed that the situation in the Afghan capital is still restless, in the city there is an increased terrorist danger. At the same time, fat added that “some qualitative changes to the worst” is not observed, and the Taliban has enough sufficient forces to capture Kabul and major cities of the republic.
The ambassador also noted that representatives of Russia, the USA, China and Pakistan work on the settlement of the situation in Afghanistan. “We conduct a line to ensure that the conflicting parties start real-targeted negotiations, which would lead to the termination of the Civil War,” the Agency leads his words.
Previously, the Special Representative of the President of Russia in the Middle East Republic of Zamir Kabulov called the main goals and threats in Afghanistan.
