on the basis of the company “Proton-PM” (enters the integrated structure of the Energomash Scientific and Production Association named after Academician V.P. Glushko State Corporation “Roskosmos”) was defended by graduates of the Perm Aviation Technical School. All of them were trained in the target set from the enterprise using a dual (practical-oriented) model.
In the Examination Commission included representatives of the enterprise management, technical school teachers, graduate mentors from production. Theme projects are aimed at introducing new process and equipment, modern tools and measuring instruments at the enterprise. The Commission highly appreciated the level of preparation and relevance of the submitted works: from six diploma projects, four were evaluating “excellent”, two – “good.” Special attention of the commission was awarded the work of Anastasia Kolobova.
Anastasia, the technique developed by Anastasia allows you to choose the optimal tool and cutting modes for the production of parts and assembly units on software control machines. It will increase productivity and will help reduce product costs.
Anastasia Kolobov already works by the operator of CNC machines in the center of dual education. Now it is preparing for the Roskosmos State Corporation Professional Championship under the leadership of WORLDSKILLS HI-TECH 2019 by Anastasia Bashkirtseva. In the technical workshop 3, another graduate is also working – Anastasia Protasova. Anastasia Balueva is determined with the place of work on Proton-PM. Nikolai Glukhov, Matvey Savelyev and Egor Zakirov employed on the enterprise after the service in the army.

It is important that after the end of training, the company receives those who are not required for the independent work of employees who are not required for the adaptation period.
