18 people were killed and another 16 suffered as a result of a fire at the School of Martial Arts of Zhencin in the Chinese province Henan. This is reported by “BBC.”
It is noted that the fire began early in the morning. The reasons for fire have not yet been established. The police detained the Director of the Training Center until the incident is clarified. Pupils practiced in martial arts around the clock, the school worked in the boarding format. At the time of the incident, 34 student were in school, the fire was due to the life of more than half. Most dead were children.
According to the publication, the victims were taken to the hospital, they provide medical care. The parents of the survivors said that they were not allowed to see children.
