Roscosmos approved crews of ISS until 2023

Roskosmos State Corporation announced the crew compositions of expeditions to the international space station at 2021-2023. Officially approved commanders and participants in the space flight of the main and duplicate crews of the ship, which will go to the station as part of the scientific and educational project “Call”. The corresponding decision was signed by General Director of the State Corporation Dmitry Rogozin.

The participants of the joint project of Roskosmos and the First Channel Channel Klij Shipenko and Julia Peresilde are included in the main crew of the ISS-66 expedition, their ship commander (and the ISS-66 flight engineer) will be the astronaut Roscosmos Anton Sabelars. In the duplicative expedition, the crew was approved by Alexey Dudin and Alena Mordovine, and Oleg Artemyev was appointed to their ship commander (and flight engineer MKS-66). The start of the transport pilotable ship is scheduled for October 2021.

In 2022, the crew of the 67th long-term expedition approved the astronauts of Roscosmos Oleg Artemyev, Denis Matveyev and Sergey Korsakov. Their doubles were appointed by members of the Russian squad of cosmonauts Sergey Prokopyev, Anna Kikin and Dmitry Perezin. In the crew of the 68th expedition scheduled for autumn 2022 – spring 2023, for the first time after a long break will enter the Russian woman, the astronaut Roscosmos Anna Kikina. She will go to the station along with Cosmonauts Sergey Prokopyev and Dmitry Poletin. Their doubles during the preparation will be Oleg Kononenko, Nikolai Chub and Andrei Fedyaev. In the second half of 2023, within the framework of the ISS-69 expedition, Oleg Kononenko was appointed to the main crew of the Russian segment, Nikolai Chub and Andrei Fedyaev.
