Another symptom of elevated cholesterol, as scientists believe, are grayish-white rings around the cornea of ​​the eye, which doctors call the corneal arc.

The publication notes that the listed symptoms may, among other things, talk about hypercholesterolemia – the hereditary factor when the liver is poorly splits excess cholesterol.

Specialists indicate that there are a number of factors affecting cholesterol. So, it grows with an excessive use of products with a high content of saturated fats, with a lack of physical activity, smoking, alcohol abuse.

Previously, scientists of Great Britain and India called the substance necessary for normal heart. It turned out that adiponectin is a hormone produced by white adipose fabric – it is capable of compensating for a genetic predisposition to cardiovascular diseases.
