Now the US Department of Defense said that the order to cancel the inclusion of Xiaomi to the sanction list “will be appropriate”. Against this promotion of the Chinese manufacturer of smartphones, 6.7 percent went up to 26.15 Hong Kong dollars.
In March, the United States Federal Court temporarily removed the ban on cooperation with Xiaomi. The judge Rudolph Conteras (Rudolph Contreras) found unproved charges that due to the Chinese company, the national security of the country is under threat.
Earlier, Xiaomi filed to the US, seeking exceptions from a black list. The entry into it does not allow American investors to buy stock shares. In addition to Xiaomi, there are still eight Chinese companies in the blacklist.
