Victory Parada from space

The Russian Satellite of Remote Sensing of the Earth of the Resource-P series photographed military parades dedicated to the 76th anniversary of the victory of the Soviet Union in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, which pass today throughout the country.

So, the first photo captured the Victory Parade in Novosibirsk. In total, 2,112 servicemen, unarmeys and cadets took part there. The Central Military District was presented over 1 thousand military personnel: this is a personal composition of the compounds and units of the 41st combined army deployed to Siberia, as well as cadets of the Novosibirsk Supreme Military Command School. Representatives of Rosgvartia, Emergencies Ministry and other power structures took part in the parade. For the first time, four female parade calculations took part in it. For Lenin Square, more than 50 units of equipment standing in service with compounds and parts of the Central Military District were held.

Resource-P satellites are located on a near-satellite, solar-synchronous orbit with a medium height of 475 km. They are intended for highly detailed, detailed wide-pop and hyperactive optical-electronic observation of the surface of the Earth and transmission of data on the radio channel to the ground items receiving information. The received information from the Space Complex “Resource-P” can be used to provide requests for state and commercial customers, as well as in order to develop international cooperation in Russia in the field of environmental control and environmental protection and solving other relevant problems of remote sensing of the Earth.

Publication will be updated and complemented by new photos
