Tehnomash will create a sectoral model of competences of technologists engineers

works provided for by the roadmap must be implemented until the end of 2022 within three stages:

  • organizational, which includes the formation of a working group from representatives of the Department of Personnel and Social Policy of Roskosmos State Corporation, NGO Tekhnomash and the Corporate Academy of Roskosmos, the development of technical specifications, methodologies and forms of assessment, as well as other necessary documents;
  • research, which includes assessing the requirements for the competencies of technologists and technical specialists in enterprises of the RCP, analysis of the information received, the development and verification of the industry model of competences, the definition of the current and target level of competence;
  • transforming, aimed at The elimination of the gap between the current and target levels of competencies due to the development and implementation of educational programs, including the joint training of the project “School of the Chief Technologist”, the creation of a sectoral base of knowledge, improving professional standards of technologists engineers and technical specialists of the Rocket and Space Industry enterprises with accounting by the approved model of competencies.

As part of the activities of the NGO Tekhnomash Roadmap, it is responsible for determining the priority areas for the development of technologies for the production of rocket and space technology and a list of requirements for professional competencies of technologists engineers as a base for building educational programs. In 2020, the enterprise organized initiative work on the development of technical competencies of engineers-technologists and technical specialists of rocket and space industry enterprises.

In January 2021, the first special scientific and practical seminar “Modern methods and means of non-destructive testing in the production of RTC”, in the summer and autumn of 2021, it is planned to carry out a number of seminars on other types of technologies used in the production of rocket -Came technology. The performance of the roadmap will be the first example of the formation of a model of competencies of engineering and technical workers at the level of the industry and the methodological basis for creating a corporate model of competencies.
