Half of Russians admitted in constant processing

Almost half of Russians, 49 percent, admitted that they are constantly recycled in their place of work. At the same time, 76 percent clarified that they agree to work more than 40 hours a week if they were paid for it. The head of the practice of political analysis in the XXI century, Mikhail Mamonov, was told about this during the round table on the topic “Labor and Capital in the XXI century”, RIA Novosti reports.

Men by a third more often, 58 percent against 38 percent in women, they said that they were working overtime. About 40 hours a week working, 37 percent of respondents say.

Mamonov noted that the number of men, the consonants work more for more money, amounted to 84 percent. In total, it was categorically refused to recycle only 20 percent of the research participants.

Earlier, the deputy chairman of the Security Council of Russia Dmitry Medvedev proposed to start an experiment with the transition to a four-day schedule for individual regions or groups of companies. In his opinion, the process should be launched from the reduction of the schedule for an hour, then two and so on.

At the end of last year, the international consulting company Finexpertiza conducted a study of the working week’s duration in Russia based on the third quarter data, which showed that in each region, this indicator does not reach the norm. The company explained the situation because the part of the working people works overtime, and the rest are in a simple, since they are not in demand.
