According to the representative of the command of the combat wing of the Husites (the Shiite movement “Ansar Allah”), the scout shot down the means of anti-air defense “with the help of a suitable rocket.” What exactly was for the projectile, not specifying. The general added that MQ-9 REAPER “performed an enemy mission in the airspace Mughafase Marib.”
In addition, Sari reported that the Husites hit an international airport in the Saudi city of Abha. According to him, this operation is carried out as “a legitimate and natural response to the escalation of aggression” from Saudi Arabia.
