The new strain revealed employees of the specialized laboratory of Elisabeth Pharmacon in Brno, conducting testing on COVID-19. Unfilled earlier mutation, according to specialists, is not more dangerous than the British or South African virus strains. Its research continues.
Earlier it was reported that the new strain of coronavirus with double mutation was discovered in India. So far, the Indian authorities have enough information in order to establish a direct connection between the emergence of mutations and rapid growth in cases of the disease in some states of the country.
