Rogozin stated launch date of Russian orbital station

The first (basic) module of the new Russian orbital station will be ready for launch in 2025, transfers the TASS statement of the general director of Roskosmos Dmitry Rogozin.

“The first basic module for the new Russian orbital service station is already in work,” wrote in Twitter Head of State Corporation.

The creator of the new Rogozin module called the Rocket and Space Corporation (RSC) “Energy”, which “task in 2025 to ensure its readiness for launching to target orbit.”

In April, Vice Prime Minister Yuri Borisov said that Russia in 2025 will be released from the project of the International Space Station (ISS) and will begin to create a new national orbital station. In the same month, the official said that the situation associated with the aging structures of the ISS acquires a catastrophic nature, and Russia cannot risk the life of astronauts.
