Russians called reasons for dissatisfaction with authorities

About 67 percent of Russians are satisfied with their labor relations with their superiors. However, a third of the respondents noted that they are not satisfied with communication with the management. This is stated in the research “Rabota.ru” (available at the disposal of “Lenta.ru”).

Among the reasons for dissatisfaction, the respondents named manipulation by the authorities, such an answer was given by 36 percent of the respondents. Russians faced threats of lower wages, layoffs, or increased workload. About 29 percent indicated that they do not consider their boss to be a competent professional.

Another quarter of the survey participants are dissatisfied with the personal qualities of managers, and 24 percent said that higher colleagues show aggression towards subordinates. Another 18 percent of survey participants are not satisfied with calls and messages outside of working hours. About 15 percent complained about the reluctance of their bosses to raise them, and 7 – about gossip spread by the boss.

Earlier, the Russians named the main factors that, in their opinion, contribute to career growth. The majority (46 percent) cited professional experience, followed by hard work and diligence (multiple choice). Another 40 percent of respondents named good relations with their superiors as an important factor, and 37 percent consider the level of competence to be important for career growth.
