Based on the decision of the Roscosmos State Corporation, the Fakel Experimental Design Bureau (part of Roscosmos) received a license to develop new types of rocket and space technology products for the enterprise – automatic spacecraft.
The license obtained will allow using the experience accumulated over more than half a century in the development and manufacture of rocket and space technology (propulsion systems) products, unique in complexity and characteristics, to create modern and competitive spacecraft, and an extensive production and testing base will ensure a quick transition from the emergence ideas before creating the final product.
Currently, the company is actively expanding its competencies in the development of satellite on-board systems, and compact plasma, liquid and gas propulsion systems, which are at the final stages of development, will give an impetus for solving urgent scientific and socio-economic problems in near-earth space and beyond. limits with the help of relatively inexpensive small spacecraft and nanosatellites of the CubeSat format, capable of performing active maneuvers in orbit.
