American woman sentenced to 11 years in prison for plans to transfer NSA data to Russia

The American was sentenced to 11 years in prison for illegal storage of classified data of the National Security Agency (NSA), which she planned to transfer to Russia. Fox TV channel reports about it.

47-year-old West Virginia resident, Elizabeth Joe Shirley, gained access to classified information while serving in the US Air Force. The woman rented a vault where she illegally kept a document containing intelligence information about an unnamed foreign country.
